Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant graced the ‘Passing Out Parade’ of the 49th Batch of Recruit Police Constables, ASI Wireless Operators, Recruit Police Driver and Excise Personnel in the presence of DGP Alok Kumar, IG Omvir Singh Bishnoi at Prerna Maidan, Police Training School Valpoi.
Among those passing out include -7 ASI (Wireless Operators), 23 Police Constables, 53 PC/Drivers and 80 Excise personnel.
Dr Sawant emphasised the significance of Police career, stating: “Being a Police Personnel is more of a service to the society than a job. I am sure the Police, Wireless and Excise Recruits shall serve the people of Goa with integrity, honesty. I extend my best wishes for a bright future in the service of the state of Goa and its people.”
