Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant inaugurated ‘CONVERGE 2.0: Shiksha Udyojak Sangam’ organised by Goa State Higher Education Council & Directorate of Higher Education at Darbar Hall, Raj Bhavan.
The Academia Industry Summit has a theme of ‘Upskill, ScaleUp, Succeed: Empowering the Workforce of Tomorrow.
“This initiative is a Triveni Sangam as the Students, Entrepreneurs, and Teachers have come together Skilling For the Future,” remarked the Chief Minister. On the occasion, he felicitated the Quick Pass Entrepreneurs Team and Idea, which is appreciated by Union Government as ‘Best practices’ by Goa Police & Traffic Police.
“I appeal youth to avail services of EDC and other platforms to become Entrepreneurs and contribute to the Swayampurna, Viksit Goa,” urged Dr Sawant.
