Goa Human Resource Development Corporation (GHRDC) employees will get a host of benefits as announced on the Annual Day graced by Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant.
The GHRDC employees will be granted permanent employment upon completing two years of probation. Additionally, women employees will receive six months of paid maternity leave, and employees will be eligible for financial assistance of Rs 10,000 to pursue further education.
The Chief Minister hailed GHRDC’s impact, stating: “I commend the GHRDC for its commitment to self-reliance (Swayampurna) and its efforts in empowering the youth of Goa. My best wishes to GHRDC as it continues to serve the state with dedication.”
MLA & Chairman, Goa Human Resource Development Corporation, Rodolfo Fernandes, Managing Director, GHRDC, Gurudas Desai and others were also present for the function at Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali.
