Giants Group of Porvorim on Saturday, donated an interactive Smart TV to Pradnya High School in Devsu-Korgao, Pernem.
The Smart TV worth Rs 1,09,000 has been donated by Giants Group of Porvorim founder member Vithal Bhobe.
The social organisation supports causes in the field of education, heritage, sports, sanitation, and more; to inspire the society by infusing positivity of thought, endeavour and action.
The interactive smart TV panel is expected to greatly benefit the students and teachers of Pradnya High School, enabling them to engage with digital content and enhancing the overall learning experience. This donation reflects the Giants Group of Porvorim’s commitment to empower young minds as in the future of Bharat.
Giants Group Fed 10 President, Sanjay Banaulikar, President of Giants Group of Porvorim Rajendra Tankar, DA Dinesh Kubal, Fed 10 Secretary Pradeep Pednekar, and Past Fed President Mahabaleshwar Desai, were in attendance.
In his speech, Vithal Bhobe emphasised the importance of technology in education. Teacher, Pasad Gadekar explained the significance and uses of the interactive smart TV panel, highlighting its potential to enhance the learning experience. The event was well-coordinated, with Giants Group of Porvorim member Nakul Mhamal serving as the compere. Headmistress Mini P.S. proposed the vote of thanks.
