The Goa Branch of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced its Office-Bearers for the year 2026–27.
The newly-elected team comprises CA Vinayak V. Dhumatkar as Chairman, CA Vaibhav D. Bale as Vice-Chairman, CA Akshay M. Mulgaonkar as Secretary, CA Sneha Menon as Treasurer, CA Venkatesh Shenai as WICASA Chairman. CA Vishwanath S.S.Bhobe is the Immediate Past Chairman.
In his address, CA Dhumatkar emphasised the need for balanced and steady professional growth, stronger technical knowledge platforms, focus on emerging areas such as technology and ESG compliance, and structured student development initiatives.
He highlighted the importance of collective leadership, discipline in governance and meaningful engagement with members and students. The Branch reaffirmed its commitment to professional excellence and institutional growth in the year ahead.
