Ashank Dalvi and Aarish Shaikh reached the Boys U11 final at the YMCA All Goa Major Ranking Table Tennis Tournament, at the Indoor Stadium, Campal. Ashank defeated Vardhan Verlekar 3-0 in the semifinal, while Aarish overcame Kedar Nair by an identical 3-0 scoreline.
Earlier, in the quarterfinals, Ashank defeated Arjun Rane 3-0, Vardhan beat Cladwyn Miranda 3-1, Kedar downed Ved Sanvordekar 3-0, and Aarish overcame Urvansh Pathak 3-0.
Meanwhile, in the Boys U13 quarterfinals, Aryan Kanji edged past Kaushik Nair 3-2, while Ashank Dalvi registered a 3-0 win over Mission Lalpekhlua. Vihang Jotkar upset Ishaan Colaso 3-1, and Yuvaan Sanke beat Adhiraj Badave 3-1 to advance to the semifinals. The week long State Ranking tournament has been organised by YMCA Panjim in aegis with Goa TT Association and SAG.
