Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant participated in a Workshop-cum-Interactive Programme on ‘Viksit Goa Viksit Bharat@2047’ at SS Dempo College, Bambolim on Monday. The programme was organised by Directorate of Planning, Statistics and Evaluation, Government of Goa in collaboration with the Cujira-based college.
Dr. Sawant highlighted the potential of the young students to play a huge role in realising the target of ‘Viksit Goa Viksit Bharat@2047’ and released ‘Dempo Startup Success Stories’ booklet under #SwayampurnaGoa initiative. He hailed the Dempo College for unique initiative of the startups project and also advised students to look for skilling courses under the Swayam portal simultaneously alongside their graduation course. Dr Sawant also informed the students about the support for entrepreneurship skills training available at EDII Goa centre.
Director of DPSE, Vijay Saxena, Trustee of Dempo College, Pallavi Dempo were also present among others.
