Poorna Dance Academy in association with Directorate of Art and Culture, will organise a dance event ‘DARPAN 2.0’ on 4th February 2024 at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao, at 6.30 pm.
Around 90 artists and students would be a part of this upcoming programme performing live and showcasing their talent. Envisioned and choreographed by Pooja Madkaikar and Aparna Tiloji, the event focuses on different battles in life which shall take the audience on an artistic, emotional and melodious journey. It is open for public on first come first serve basis.
Govind Gaude, Minister for Art & Culture, Digambar Kamat, MLA, Margao; and Damu Naik, General Secretary, BJP Goa Pradesh, will grace the occasion.
Poorna Dance Academy is co-founded by two classical dancers – Pooja Madkaikar and Aparna Tiloji. Being teachers, choreographers, performers; the duo has learned Bharatnatyam together over the past 20 years with an intention to carry forward the art, culture, traditional knowledge and appreciation for Indian Art forms.
Poorna Dance Academy had organised their first dance presentation ‘DARPAN’ in 2019 at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao; which received a very good response from the audience and was a huge success.
