Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant on Friday, launched educational video series aimed at enhancing teaching skills for the Foundational Level 1.
Dr Sawant praised the 27 video series by Directorate of Education and remarked that these videos can even benefit teachers from other parts of the country.
On the occasion, Dr Sawant also announced the signing of MoU between Directorate of Education & TCS iON on Career Counseling & Guidelines. He thanked the Tata enterprise for providing support to skill the Goan youth across various sectors without any financial burden on the Government of Goa.
“The TCS iON is offering two programmes; TCS iON Career Insight which will allow our Youth to explore careers from a wide range of repository of career profiles and TCS iON Career Edge which shall serve as a self-paced Digital Learning Programme which supports youth in improving soft skills and prepares them to meet future workplace requirements,” elaborated Dr Sawant in his social media post.
TCS iON is a strategic unit of Tata Consultancy Services focused on Manufacturing Industries (SMB), Educational Institutions and Examination Boards.
