PANAJI: FMSCI Indian National Rally Championship 2021-22 is back after much delay due to the Covid-19 pandemic with the first round being held from February 25-27, 2022; in Coimbatore, TN. Two-time champion and Goan motorsport legend Vaibhav Marathe will be pushing for the hat-trick to make his unprecedented feat even more special.
Seeded in the top five ‘A’teams at the ‘Rally of Coimbatore’ as a defending champion, Vaibhav (36) from Ponda; will have Dinesh S from Shimoga-Karnataka as his co-driver in the Honda City car in the INRC4 category. The team has been supported by MRF Tyres.
“I have been waiting for the INRC 2022 season since a long time as I am determined to notch up the prestigious hat-trick of titles and bring my Goa’s name to the top. I am very excited ahead of the opening round!
