President of Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI), Shrinivas Dempo handed over a GST Reform proposal to Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant on Thursday.
Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the GCCI Taxation and Financial services committee – Rohan Bhandare and Yatish Pai Vernekar; Chairman of the Mining Committee – Navin Jaju and Director General Sanjay Amonkar were present on the occasion.
Dr Sawant has recently been nominated as Goa representative on the GST Council. The 53rd meeting of the GST Council will be held on 22nd June in New Delhi.
