The Goa Branch (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) hosted CA Mangesh Kinare, newly-elected All India Vice-President of ICAI, during his visit to Goa on 26th February.
The visit coincided with a Seminar on “Direct Taxes – Assessments, Reassessments & Taxation Aspects of Related Party Transactions (with reference to the New Income Tax Act, 2025),” which witnessed active participation from members of the profession across the state.
A highlight of the visit was the Interactive Members’ Meet, where the Vice-President engaged in a constructive dialogue with members on professional developments, regulatory changes, and the evolving role of Chartered Accountants in strengthening governance and economic growth.
CA Vinayak V. Dhumatkar, Chairman of the ICAI Goa Branch (WIRC), expressed that it was a proud moment for the branch to host the Vice President at the very beginning of his tenure and appreciated his continued association with the Goa CA fraternity.
The visit concluded on a positive note, reinforcing professional unity and commitment towards excellence.
