The Governor, Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju reviewed the Passing Out Parade of Agniveers held at 2 Signal Training Centre, Navelim-South Goa on Wednesday.
The Governor addressed the newly inducted soldiers and expressed deep appreciation for all Agniveers on their dedication and hard work. He expressed that, this Corps is known for its excellence in communication and modern technology and in today’s digital era, the Corps plays a vital role in securing our Armed Forces and forming the backbone of network and cyber capabilities.
The Governor also advised Agniveers to move forward by learning and adopting new technologies to face the challenges of the future. He commended 2 STC for maintaining exceptional training standards and lauded the families for their unwavering support.
PWD Minister Digambar Kamat, Navelim MLA Ulhas Tuenkar, Brigadier Harsh Bhatia, Station Commander of the Military Station Goa, were also present.
