Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant inaugurated the Phase-I Part-II of the Har Ghar Nal Se Jal project at Agassaim in the presence of St Andre MLA Viresh Borkar.
The ₹21 crore project includes a 2000m Ground Level Reservoir and a 650m Overhead Reservoir, along with major water supply upgrades for Agassaim, Bambolim, and Nauxim.
“We continue to work for the all-round development of the state, with a strong focus on strengthening infrastructure and enhancing the Ease of Living for every Goan,” stated the Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister also reiterated on the commitment of conservation of salt pans in St Andre as he emphasised on the significance of this unique biodiversity heritage of the state.
