CEAT Limited and the Indian Automotive Racing Club (IARC) in association with the All Goa Motorsports Association (AGMA) announced the second round of the Indian National Autocross Championship 2023 and Time Attack event for 4-wheelers to be held at the Goa Engineering College Ground in Farmagudi, Ponda, Goa on April 29th and 30th, 2023. Bangalore Motor Sports (BMS) is the promoter of the Indian National Autocross 2023.
CEAT is one of India’s leading tyre manufacturers, the IARC, is one of the oldest motorsports clubs in India and the AGMA is the only 4-wheeler association in Goa to be affiliated to the Sports Authority of Goa (SAG) for the promotion of 4-wheeler motorsports.
Addressing the media in Panaji on Saturday, Farad Bhathena, director of IARC, said, “We are keen to hold this event in Goa, primarily to attract local, grassroots motorsports talent. The event is open to all car enthusiasts and entries/ registrations are open on the IARC website.”
CEAT who believes in fostering innovation and performance in the automotive industry aims to not only promote the sport of autocross, but also contribute to the growth of the wider automotive community in India.
The event which is set to take place at the picturesque, Goa Engineering College Ground promises to attract a large crowd of motorsport enthusiasts and fans.

Pro-Expert: For professional drivers with significant racing experience; Pro-Amateur: For experienced drivers who are not professional racers; Amateur: For beginners and newcomers to racing.

All Goa Motorsports Association president Sharmad Raiturkar said that they were very happy to organise the Indian national autocross championships in Goa in collaboration with Indian Automotive racing club Mumbai and Bangalore Motor Sports, as it would give a fillip to the sport in the state of Goa. “We are expecting about 100 dirt track car-racers taking part in the event on April 29-30, of which 60 per cent racers will be from Goa. We are excited about the event,” he added.
