Government High School at Savoi Verem is a historic landmark in Goa’s education sector. Goa’s first Chief Minister Bhausaheb Bandodkar had inaugurated the school way back in the year 1961. The same school has now got bigger infrastructure as the annexure building has opened its door.
“The inauguration of Government High School, Savoi Verem demonstrates Goa Government’s commitment to improving the education sector by developing infrastructure and enhancing the quality of education,” posted Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant on X.
The building consists of a smart classroom, multipurpose hall, library, music room, and sports room.
