Meanwhile in his message on the Doctor’s Day, Dr. Dipchand Bhandare, said: “The healers who heal the ailing population need to be able to take up their responsibilities with untiring zeal and energy. The art and science of healing the sick is a long and arduous process. The medical professionals need to cater to the demands of their patients, take care of their own families and most important is to keep themselves fit. The adrenaline keeps them going while attending to their daily routine. Their dedication and motivation make them carry out their duties untiringly.”
Dr. Ajay Rao also expressed his opinion, saying : “The medical profession as a whole is constantly susceptible to professional stress, burnout, and fatigue. When a doctor is physically fit, it instills trust in the patient. Diet, exercise, general cleanliness, and minimal stress have a significant impact on one’s well-being. Nutrition is really important. With hectic schedules and routines, scheduling is a necessary constraint; nonetheless, it is vital to have regular meals at appropriate times in order to remain healthy and active. Proper hydration is also critical in this setting to flush toxins from the body. Doctors also need to dedicate time for relaxation.”
