Minister for Archives, Subhash Phal Dessai launched the Portuguese Translation Services on Goa Online, on Tuesday.
The Minister also launched Dr. Pandurang Shenvi Pissurenlenkar Research Fellowship Schemes and Mukhyamantri Purabhilekh Prakashan Yojana (Special Assistance for the publications related to Archival Records & Translations) at a function organised by the Department of Archives at Porvorim.
MoUs were also signed with the following educational institutions – Vidyaprabodhini College, Porvorim; PESRSN College, Farmagudi; and Government College Pernem.
Secretary (Education), Prasad Lolayekar, IAS, Director of Archives Department Rohit Kadam were also present.
