Advocate General, Devidas Pangam graced the Right to Information (RTI) Day celebration along with Goa State Chief Information Commissioner, Aravind Kumar H. Nair, State Information Commissioner, Atmaram R. Barve, Director, Information and Publicity, Dipak Bandekar, Secretary, GSIC, Sudhir Kerkar at a function organised by Department of Information and Publicity, Government of Goa in association with Goa State Information Commission at IMB, Panaji.

on the topic ‘Role of First Appellate Authority in upholding the spirit of RTI Act’ on the occasion. All First Appellate Authorities of Departments/ Corporations and Autonomous Bodies from Goa, attended the event.
