Transport Minister, Mauvin Godinho chaired a meeting to discuss the ‘Sarkari Bhade: Drivarachi Udargat’ scheme under the proposed Goa Transport Aggregator Guidelines 2025.
The scheme is aimed at regulating app-based taxi services while ensuring fair policies for both drivers and passengers.
Director of Transport, Pravimal Abhishek, IAS, OSD Ethel Nunes, and all Assistant Directors of Transport (ADTs), who have been actively engaging with taxi drivers across various regions, were present for the meeting.
The response has been largely positive, and further consultations will be conducted, incorporating public opinion before finalising the policy.
