TANISHQ KAVLEKAR BECOMES YOUNGEST FIDE ARBITER IN INDIA

Goa’s Tanishq Kavlekar has officially become the youngest FIDE Arbiter (FA) in India. He applied for the prestigious FIDE Arbiter title at just 19 years and 21 days, marking a historic milestone in Indian chess arbitration, claimed a press communique by Mormugao Taluka Chess Association.

Tanishq’s journey as a chess arbiter, has been filled with dedication and passion. Over the years, he has officiated in several prestigious tournaments, showcasing his deep understanding of the game and its regulations. His achievement at such a young age highlights his exceptional commitment to the field. 

The chess fraternity of Goa has extended its heartfelt congratulations to Tanishq for this remarkable accomplishment.
