Sports Minister Govind Gaude inaugurated the Eye Screening Camp for students under “Vision For All” an initiative of Goa CSR Authority organised by Directorate of Planning, Statistics & Evaluation (DPSE) in association with the Directorate of Education (DoE) and in collaboration with Prasad Netralaya Super Speciality Eye Hospital and ONESIGHT EssilorLuxottica Foundation, at Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali.
The Phase II eye checkup camp will continue for next 50 days. In all, 29,725 students will undergo the second level eye checkup. Bicholim MLA, Dr Chandrakant Shetye, Mayem MLA, Premendra Shet; Director of DPSE, Vijay Saxena and Director of Education Shailesh Zingade among others, were also present.
