PANAJI: India International Science Festival 2021 commenced here in Goa on Friday. The four-day festival will be studded with various World Record attempts.
“This year too IISF2021 aims to Celebrate Scientific Creativity through World Records from 11-13 Dec 2021. It includes Guinness World Records to accomplish newer feats to display talents in science & technology. In IISF2021, world record attempt activities are planned to commemorate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to celebrate 75 years of progressive & the glorious history of people, culture & achievements,” tweeted Ministry of Earth Sciences.
Engineering Students Festival, which will take place from 11-12 Dec 2021, will put the spotlight on dispersing technical knowledge and imbuing enthusiasm in the young minds of students to develop technology for the greater good of society, tweeted Dr Jitendra Singh, Union Minister of State for Science & Technology.
ESF21 is an avenue for showcasing innovative products, projects, ideas which have been developed by students, hence, we can see best technology being incubated. Students would be encouraged to take on User Inspired Basic Research, a coming together of new knowledge & application.
