Anaya Shukla, Vanlalhriatpuii, Tvisha Kotkar and Shaurya Dessai booked their places in the Girls Under-11 semifinals on the opening day of the 38th Salgaocar All Goa Major Ranking Table Tennis Tournament 2026, organised by Cortalim Gymkhana at Mangesh Maharudra Hall, Thana, Cortalim.
In the quarterfinals, Anaya Shukla defeated Tasha Mascarenhas 3-0, Vanlalhriatpuii overcame Claire George 3-0, Tvisha Kotkar beat Sanaz Shaikh 3-0, while Shaurya Dessai outclassed Swara Gude 3-0 to complete the semifinal lineup.
Meanwhile, the Girls Under-9 finalists were decided with Claire George registering a convincing 3-0 victory over Swara Gude and Spruha Kamat defeating Ronisha Sakhardande by an identical 3-0 margin in their respective semifinals.
