4 ADVANCED AMBULANCES BOLSTER LIFE-SAVING HEALTHCARE INFRA OF D.H.S GOA

Four Advanced Life Support Ambulances have been added to the fleet of ambulances at the Directorate of Health Services (DHS) Goa, which now has over 100 ambulances in operation.

Minister of State for Tourism and Ports, Shipping, and Waterways, Shripad Naik has donated the said ambulances through the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd.

These ambulances are set to enhance emergency medical services of DHS Goa and boost the healthcare infrastructure of health centres across the state.

Health Minister Vishwajit Rane hailed the development, saying: “With these modern ambulances, we can ensure prompt and efficient transportation of patients in critical condition, furthering our commitment to delivering timely and lifesaving healthcare to every corner of our community.”

Goa’s healthcare facilities are continually being improved with the Health Minister expressing his happiness, stating: “It brings me immense joy to witness the continuous evolution and advancement of our healthcare facilities.”

“This initiative marks a pivotal step towards bolstering healthcare accessibility and improving health outcomes for our community,” Rane further posted on his social media.
