The 9th edition of the Lex Infinitum –
International Dispute Resolution Competition is being organised by V. M. Salgaocar College of Law, Miramar. Law Minister Aleixo Sequeira graced the inaugural function of the highly-anticipated annual event at VMSCL on Thursday evening. VMSCL Principal, Dr Shabir Ali and other dignitaries were present on the occasion. The valedictory function will be held on 20th January.
VMSCL-International Dispute Resolution Competition has been conceived for the purpose of promoting the use of Alternate Dispute Resolution and to provide law students and ADR experts from all over the globe with a platform to network, innovate, and keep abreast of the latest happenings in the field of ADR in India as well as abroad.
Addressing the gathering, Sequeira advised the budding lawyers to work hard. “Work for your clients sincerely, face the competition and you will automatically build your career. When you shine, your parents will be proud of you,” said the Law Minister.
