PANAJI: An exhibition of various products by women entrepreneurs leading to the ‘Chavath’ festival, has set the tone for the festive season 2022. The event organised by ‘The Only Goan Market’ at Caculo Mall, generated a lot of buzz as an amazing line-up of enterprising women, presented their latest collections. The sale comprised products out of an entrepreneur’s passion ranging from jewelry, plants, Ganesh faral, sarees, Ganesh decorative items, dress/material, accessories, toys, paintings, and much more.
The organiser of the exhibition and founder of ‘The Only Goan Market’, Sapna Amod Kathare shared her experience, saying: “It was a good learning opportunity, experiencing the different situations arising out of such exhibitions in Goa, which is very tough and competitive. At our exhibition, the actual skills were showcased and great efforts were put in by ‘The Only Goan Market’ vendors to make it successful! ‘The Only Goan Market’ tasted success and gained a foothold in the Goan market with all home-grown brands.”
Some of the participating entrepreneurs praised the initiative by the ‘The Only Goan Market’. Saili Kakode Kamat says: ” The event was well-organised with systematic planning. You guys were very supportive and ready to help with a bright smile on your face.”

Sheetal described her experience saying: “…I have not participated in such events earlier, but was a part of organisations in an event company. Trust me, I have seen the event organiser’s behaviour…they just organise and leave..but you two – Sapna and Amod, you are there throughout and are always in search of a way to promote each of our business.”
