OVER 150 APPLICATIONS POUR IN FOR GOA OPEN INNOVATION CHALLENGE 2025

The Goa Open Innovation Challenge 2025 has been witnessing a surge in registration, receiving over 150 applications with participants from across India and globally. Launched by the Startup & IT Promotion Cell, under the Department of Information Technology, Electronics & Communications (DITE&C), Government of Goa, the initiative has gained traction within the ecosystem—from startup founders, student innovators, industry leaders and government departments, states a press release.

The challenge has opened doors to piloting opportunities directly with government and industry partners. Participants will get a chance to scale their solutions and create real-world impact in sectors such as Tourism, Waste Management, Agriculture, Goa Public Service, NABARD, and Industry.

With the April 28th deadline fast approaching, the Goa Open Innovation Challenge 2025 presents a unique opportunity to test and scale innovative ideas, with the finale set for May 30, 2025.
