A Goa Tourism delegation led by Kedar Naik, Director of Tourism, met Manish Prabhat, Ambassador of India to Denmark, in Copenhagen for a constructive discussion on strengthening Goa’s presence in the Scandinavian market.
The delegation, comprising Ernest Dias (COO – Charters, Sita Travels), Jack Ajit Sukhija (Owner, Panjim Inn & President – TTAG), Nahush Bargi (Asst. Vice President – Le Passage to India, TUI), Sheik Ismail (Sr. Vice President – Concord Exotic Pvt. Ltd) and Vedant Shah (Director – PBA Holidays), deliberated on reviving charter operations, promoting medical and wellness tourism, and collaborating with local agents to attract qualitative tourism.
Manish Prabhat assured his support by streamlining the visa process to ensure issuance within 24 hours when required, facilitating the establishment of a local representative agency in the Nordic region, inviting Goa Tourism to participate in the Scandinavian Travel Market at Herring in February 2026, and extending assistance in reviving charter tourism.
The meeting marked a significant step towards strengthening Goa’s outreach in Denmark and the Nordic region, reaffirming its appeal as a preferred global destination; stated a post on Goa Tourism social media.
