The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has launched the Talent Identification Level 1 Course, the first formal course under its Talent Identification education pathway.
The online course has been developed as part of AIFF’s ongoing Talent Identification initiatives and follows a series of Talent ID Education workshops conducted across Member Associations.
Available through the AIFF E-Learning Platform here, the course aims to provide participants with a foundational understanding of talent identification principles and practices. It is designed for coaches, scouts, technical staff and other football stakeholders involved in player development and recruitment.
The Talent Identification Level 1 Course is intended to support the growth of a more structured scouting and player identification ecosystem across the country, while helping establish common standards and methodologies for recognising and developing talent.
The 90-minute course includes five modules — Ecosystem of Talent Identification, Professional Scout Profile, Scouting Methodologies, Evaluation and Framework, and Feedback and Bench Marking Links. The fee for the course is Rs. 1,699 (exclusive of 18% GST).
The course forms part of AIFF’s wider efforts to strengthen player development pathways and enhance talent identification processes at all levels of Indian football. Participants can access the course at this link – https://elearning.the-aiff.com/course/16
