The 37th West Zone Junior Athletics Championship 2026, will be organised by Goa Athletic Association in collaboration with Athletics Federation of India (AFI) and Sports Authority of Goa, from 27th to 29th September 2026 at the Atal Stadium, Cujira-Bambolim.
The championship will bring together talented junior athletes from 8 states across the West Zone, providing them with an important platform to compete at the zonal level and showcase their skills.
Goa athletic team comprises 124 athletes and look set for the upcoming challenge that will provide them with an opportunity to improve their performance.
President of Goa Athletic Association, Adv. Narendra Sawaikar and other officials encouraged the team and presented the kit for the zonal championship.
