‘WORLD BOOK OF RECORDS’ HONOUR FOR GOA’S VISHANTI COUTONCAR

PANAJI: World Book of Records, London, has awarded the ‘Certificate of Commitment’ to Goa’s Vishanti Coutoncar, who is based in Dubai, for the past 15 years, for her humanitarian service in the pandemic era.

This honour is for Coutoncar’s ”continuous selfless support for needy people in the UAE throughout the Covid-19 pandemic,” states her communique to www.livenewsgoa.com.

The award was presented at the Indian Consulate, Dubai, by Dr. Jitendra Matlani, Chairman of JM Global Group, President of Dubai UAE International Human Rights Organisation and Vice-President (Dubai-UAE) World Book of Records, London.

The ‘Certificate of Commitment’ citation presented to Coutoncar, states: “To validate your dedicated and relentless commitment for promoting safety,  against the Covid-19 pandemic and pledge to serve the society with honesty and sincerity for reducing the human sufferings, also to guide for the best prevention against Coronavirus disease as specified by the World Health Organization (WHO),” and is issued by Wilhelm Jezler, Head of Europe.

It may be recalled that UAE-based entrepreneur,  Coutoncar, was awarded a ‘Certificate Of Appreciation ‘ by the Consulate General of India (Dubai), last year in recognition of her humanitarian work of assisting Government of India’s ‘Vande Bharat Mission’ to repatriate Goans and others, in the pandemic times.
