Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant inaugurated “Niyamit Goa” an AI-based FRS Attendance Management System and also launched Online Services portal for the Panchayat Department at Porvorim on Friday.
Panchayat Minister, Mauvin Godinho; Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte; Fisheries Minister Nilkanth Halarnkar, Social Welfare Minister, Subhash Phal Dessai were also present.
Niyamit Goa, which is a facial recognition-based attendance for accurate, real-time tracking of government employees; is set to be counted as an important step towards transparency, efficiency and digital governance in the Panchayat system.
