ARISE (Association for Re-inventing School Education), an independent school education body representing 1,200 schools, 85,000 teachers, and 1.5 million students; conducted a 2-day workshop at the Taj Fort Aguada Resort , Goa on 27th & 28th September 2024. The workshop marked a significant milestone in shaping the future of K-12 education in India. The event brought together leading Industry Leaders and Private School Promoters of CBSE, IB & ICSE schools to collectively build a strategic vision for the sector to achieve by Year 2030.
Guided by its motto, “Student First,” the workshop encouraged interactive discussions and thought exchanges on crucial topics including progressive industry partnerships and community partnerhsips collaborative initiatives with the state and central governments, empowerment of ARISE state chapters and international exchange programs for fostering innovation and excellence in education to tackle the diverse and complex challenges within India’s expansive school education system. The workshop was also attended by Dr Rajesh Pankaj, Director of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry ( FICCI) under who’s aegis ARISE was incubated in Year 2016.
