The Chaitanya Pratishthan organised its annual programme ‘one rakhi for the soldier’, at Panjim Gymkhana hall, at Campal-Panaji, on Monday. Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant hailed the Goan social organisation led by Rajendra Arlekar for carrying out the inspirational activity of sending rakhis from Goa to the soldiers on the nation’s border, consistently for a decade. Bihar Governor, Arlekar and RSS Sar-Karyawah Datta Hosabale, among others were present.
Chaitanya Pratishthan, which is also engaged in imparting ‘special’ education; via the activity of ‘one rakhi for the soldier’, fuels the love for the nation. School students and teachers were present in large numbers, for the function.
