Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant inaugurated the New Administrative and Training Block at the Fire & Emergency Services Headquarters at St Inez, Panaji; in the presence of MLA Jennifer Monserrate, GSIDC Vice-Chairman & MLA Kedar Naik among others.
“With an investment exceeding Rs 32 crore, this state-of-the-art facility stands as a testament to our Government’s unwavering commitment to equipping our Fire and Emergency Services personnel with world-class infrastructure.
“The newly-constructed administrative block, advanced training facilities, and upgraded infrastructure will significantly enhance the capabilities of our dedicated personnel, enabling them to respond to emergencies with greater efficiency, precision, and preparedness. This marks yet another step forward in strengthening public safety,” stated the Chief Minister.
Dr Sawant also launched Mobile Application of Directorate of Fire and Emergency Services, named ‘Agni Sandesh’.
