PANAJI: Amatya Katyayan of Don Bosco College of Engineering (DBCE) Goa, has secured the first rank in Computer Society Programming League (CSPL) 2021, a 12-hour Coding Competition that was open to all enthusiastic coders.
The event was organised by IEEE Bombay Section and IEEE Hyderabad Section in collaboration with Computer Society at IEEE Student Branches of APSIT, GHRCE, SIES GST & SBJIT along with IEEE Hyderabad SAC.
Principal of the Fatorda-based DBCE, Dr. Neena Panandikar congratulated Amatya, hailing his feat as a “proud moment for DBCE.”
Amatya is a software and web development enthusiast, who is curious and diligent in learning the latest technologies that the IT industry has to offer. Amongst his areas of interest, are Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Technology, and Innovation.
Holding an illustrated record of academic excellence and having tactical skills in progressive problem-solving, Amatya is open to collaborating with colleagues to take on real-life challenges as a team to provide an innovative and impact-oriented solution. He is actively involved in social and environmental activities, and work with a goal of sustainable development of the society.
