PANAJI: Cuncolim United HSS, Salcete, celebrated ‘India Constitution Day’ on November 26. The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of the Cuncolim-based HSS observed the significant day in our national history where in 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India.
