Inoshka Mendes, Samta Naik and Sneha Humraskar tasted success at the Cake-Decorating Competition on the theme ‘Election and Women Empowerment’ to mark the International Women’s Day.
Inoshka Mendes won the first prize, while the second prize went to Samta Naik. Sneha Humraskar took home third prize. The contest was organised by District Election Officer North Goa.
