FC Goa emerged champions of the GFA Third Division Bardez Zone after a 5-0 win over FC Tuem, at Duler Stadium, Mapusa.
The match started with an attacking intent from both sides, but it was FC Goa who broke the deadlock through Likson Rebelo in the 15th minute. The young Gaurs doubled the lead in the added time through Saish Gaonkar.
Crossing over, it was FC Goa domination as Saish Gaonkar found the target in the 69th minute and 79th minute to bring up his hat-trick. Saish scored his fourth goal in the 87th minute.
In the 71st minute, FC Tuem were reduced to 10 men when Roque Borges received the marching orders after his second booking. Later, Valine Barreto of FC Tuem also got a red card.
GFA President Dr. Caitano Fernandes was the chief guest and gave away the trophy.
