The popularity of Futsal is rising among all age groups in Goa. The health benefits that the exciting physical activity offers, are immense. As such, Goa has witnessed people of all age-groups playing the game in cities and in villages. Health and Urban Development Minister, Vishwajit Rane inaugurated a Futsal facility in Sattari yesterday.
“It has long been my aspiration to cultivate a thriving, health-conscious community in Goa that nurtures teamwork and sportsmanship. This vision has materialized in the form of the new Futsal Ground in Sattari.
“The Futsal Ground stands as a cutting-edge facility, offering a secure place for people to enjoy the exciting sport of Futsal,” tweeted the Minister.
MLA of Poreim Constituency, Dr Deviya Rane; Chairperson of Valpoi Municipal Council, Shaikh Shaizin and other officials were also present for the inauguration.
