Goa boys team won their 6th consecutive Mini U-14 National Tennis Ball Cricket Championship held at Sholinghur, Tamil Nadu, from 17th to 19th February 2023.
Goa defeated Tamil Nadu in the final. Put in to bat, Tamil Nadu scored 44 runs in 6 overs. In reply, Goa scored required runs in 5.2 overs. Earlier, Goa defeated Maharashtra in quarter-finals, Puducherry in the semi-finals.
The victorious teams were awarded trophies, medals and gifts during the closing ceremony held today at Unity School ground, Sholinghur, TN. Meanwhile, Maharashtra were the winners in the girls’ section.
