PANAJI: Talented young Goan forward, Liston Colaco made his India debut in the international friendly against UAE at Zabeel stadium in Dubai on Monday.
The 22-year-old former FC Goa player was in great touch during the recently-concluded Hero ISL where he turned out for Hyderabad FC. Liston displayed expert skills and also scored four goals as Hyderabad almost reached the playoffs, just falling short by 2 points in the race for the top-four finish.
Liston, who played his youth football at Salgaocar FC, shot into the limelight during 2016-17 season playing for Goa in Santosh Trophy. The Davorlim-based versatile attacker scored a superb brace in the semi-finals as hosts Goa beat Kerala 2-1 to enter the final.
