Goan film-maker Aditya Jambhale has won the Filmfare Award for Best Debut Director for his film ‘Article 370’.
In his congratulatory note, Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant hailed Jambhale’s unique achievement.
“This is a proud moment for Goa as he becomes the first Goan ever to win a Filmfare Award, showcasing the creativity and talent emerging from our State. His achievement is an inspiration for every young Goan who dreams of making a mark in cinema and storytelling,” stated Dr. Sawant in his social media post.
