Goan swimmer Sanjana Prabhugaonkar clinched bronze medal at the 58th Milo/MAS Malaysia invitational age-group swimming championship at the National Aquatic centre, Kaula Lumpur Sports City, Bukti Jalil , Kaula Lumpur.
Representing the Indian team, Sanjana claimed third position in the 200 metres backstroke event. She is currently undergoing high performance swimming training at the Aqua Nation Sports Academy – Dubai.
The swimming championship was held between 13th to 16th April 2023 and organised by Malaysia Swimming Federation, stated a press release.
