11,000 beneficiaries of Griha Aadhar scheme were presented the Sanction Orders on Thursday. Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant graced the occasion.
“The Govt. of Goa is committed to welfare of women through the last mile delivery with the vision of Antyodaya,” tweeted the Chief Minister.
With the addition of 11 thousand beneficiaries, the total of Griha Aadhar allottees has reached 1.5 Lakhs in Goa, revealed Dr Sawant.
Women & Child Development Minister, Vishwajit Rane, Power Minister, Sudin Dhavalikar, Social Welfare Minister, Subhash Phal Dessai, MLA, Digambar Kamat, MLA, Aleixo Sequeira, MLA, Ulhas Tuenkar, Director, Women and Child, Sangeeta Parab and others, were also present.
The function was organised by Directorate of Women and Child Development.
Over in North Goa, the Griha Aadhar sanction orders were distributed to numerous beneficiaries at Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali.
