The Hemophilia Society Panaji Chapter, in collaboration with Intas Foundation, organised a Factor Distribution and Physiotherapy Program supported by Dr. Praktisha Khalap; at Mapusa.
The event featured a physiotherapy session and distribution of exercise kits, to help patients manage Hemophilia effectively. Nikhil Palekar, Police Inspector of Mapusa Police Station, was chief guest, and emphasised on community support and safety for individuals with disabilities.
Prakash Kamat, Society Advocacy Ambassador, conducted a talk on disability sensitisation and hemophilia awareness. The program benefited 20 patients and their families, providing clotting factors, physiotherapy guidance, and exercise kits.
