PANAJI: Tangentia has acquired Cycloides – India as well as Canada. Goan first-generation entrepreneur Vijay Thomas, who is the founder and CEO of Tangentia, made the announcement on Thursday.
“We are excited to announce that Tangentia has signed an agreement for the acquisition of Cycloides India & Cycloides Canada. Bringing Cycloides into the Tangentia fold nearly doubles the team strength of Tangentia. We are looking forward to making an impact together,” reads a tweet by Tangentia.
Cycloides is one of the fastest growing and technologically proficient Technology Consulting Company with its headquarters in Toronto-Canada. Cycloides has three global Delivery Centres in Thiruvnanthapuram-India, one of the best Technology eco-centres in the country.
Tangentia is a global provider of IT services especially around Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Blockchain and B2B Supply Chain. Vijay Thomas manages the global operations of the company from its global headquarters in Canada.
Currently, the majority of Tangentia’s nearly 200 employees in India, are based in Goa.
