PANAJI: Kreeda Bharati-Goa has called for entries for selection trials to select a team for ‘Dervan Energia Football Cup 2022’ for Under-15 and Under-17 girls. The tournament has been organised by SVJCT Sports Academy, Dervan (Maharashtra) in collaboration with Football Association of Ratnagiri District and WIFA (Governing Body of football in Maharashtra), and will be held from 27th to 30th January 2022 at Dervan-Chiplun.
According to a press communique by Kreeda Bharati-Goa, the interested Goan woman footballers can register for trials on or before 30th December 2021. For more details, they have been asked to contact on 8381011646. The cut-off dates for respective age-group are as follows: U/15 – 30/01/2007 & U/17 – 30/01/2005. Participation will be at own cost, added the press note.
Following prize-money will be awarded in respective categories: U-17 – 1st Prize – Rs. 100,000, 2nd Prize – Rs. 75,000. U-15 – 1st Prize – Rs. 75,000, 2nd Prize – Rs. 50,000; alongside trophy, medal and certificates.
