Goa State Biodiversity Board (GSBB) has invited applications for Biodiversity Conservation Awards 2024.
Goa State Biodiversity Conservation Awards are to be given in the following categories:
•State Biodiversity Conservation Award for Biodiversity Management Committee (BMC) – one each for North Goa & South Goa
• State Biodiversity Conservation in Individual Category – 1No. each for North Goa & South Goa
•State Biodiversity Conservation Award in the field of Applied Biodiversity Research Category- one for entire Goa
•State Biodiversity Conservation Award to Biodiversity Enthusiasts in the field of rescue/restoration and related activities – one each for North Goa & South Goa
•State Biodiversity Conservation Award to Green Journalist – one for entire Goa.

The nominations have to be submitted to the Goa State Biodiversity Board, Ground floor, Goa State Pollution Control Board Building, opp. Saligao Seminary, Saligao, Bardez; or can be emailed to goanbiodiversity@gmail.com or goagsbb@gov.in
The last date for nomination is April 18, 2024 before 4.30 pm. The decision of the Awards Scrutiny Committee shall be final, informed a press communique.
